Both current patients and new patients can create an account. Once registered, you’ll be able to:
Book and reschedule appointments 24/7
Join a wait list if your preferred time isn’t available
View invoices and receipts at any time
Access shared clinical notes from your podiatrist
Creating an account is quick and gives you ongoing access to these features, making it easier to stay on top of your care.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (“Did Not Attend”), will be charged at the full appointment fee.
If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.In exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies), please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will do our best to see you, but your appointment may be shortened. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and charged in full.
A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. In the event of a missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment cost will be charged to this card.
Payment for all treatments is due at the time of your appointment, unless pre-paid online.
