Sports & Remedial Massage
FootMed provide Sport & Remedial Massage services delivered by our Associate Therapist, Fiona Bracegirdle.
Graduating from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science, Fiona went on to qualify as a fitness instructor and worked in the fitness industry for 3 years.
With a keen interest in human anatomy and sports injuries, Fiona went on to achieve certification in Swedish Massage and a diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy.
She has a lifetime of personal sporting knowledge, experience and achievement to back up over 5 years of working as a massage therapist, she can empathise with patients’ needs and work with them to offer a personalised treatment plan.
Fiona treats patients for routine remedial therapy as well as deep tissue or sports therapy for those with more specific areas needing attention. She is clinic-based in St Andrews and Cupar.
